Owner Kristin Carlson has worked in design and public relations since 2002, and brings a passion for the arts and lifelong love of drawing, reading, and writing to her work. Her experience ranges from creating branding for arts organizations to authoring and managing publicity efforts on a corporate scale. She has strong software skills in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and CSS. She also offers custom websites designed for and integrated with the Yahoo! Stores Merchant Solutions and Managed Artwork hosting platforms. Before founding THINK Creative in Santa Fe in 2005, Kristin worked for W Architecture and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in Manhattan. She attended Columbia University in New York City, where she earned a dual bachelor's degree in art history and visual arts.

Designer & Publicist Jackie McCormick has worked in the field since 2005, and brings visual sensibilities as a painter and jeweler to her graphic design endeavors. She is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite with strengths in Illustrator, Flash, and WordPress-based custom Content Management Systems for blogs and websites, as well as a seasoned writer and editor with experience in onsite events management. Jackie holds a bachelor's degree in visual arts and art history from the University of San Diego. She is also an owner and designer at jewelry company Awaiting Alice. Jackie works from sunny Los Angeles, but can be found visiting the Santa Fe THINK office often.
